I’m a software and AI engineer at Outpost Ventures, where I work across products for regulatory intelligence, document workflows and energy operations.
My work spans system design and hands-on delivery: durable agent execution, backend APIs, data pipelines, retrieval systems and AWS infrastructure. I care most about making complex software explicit, observable and reliable enough to use in real decisions.
Before moving into product engineering, I worked with National Electricity Market data and energy forecasting. That domain experience still shapes how I build software today.

Regulatory intelligence
Built regulatory discovery and review workflows, then added evidence-grounded summaries and agent chat that can search initiatives, retrieve source documents and return enriched citations.
AI-assisted assessment
Designed two durable asynchronous AI workflows for chat and document assessment, with persisted checkpoints, streamed progress, structured results and fail-closed citation validation for AER determinations.
Document and knowledge platform
Built an idempotent acquire, index and publish pipeline for canonical documents and reusable knowledge bases, with bounded PDF and spreadsheet processing and retained source provenance.
Regulatory ingestion
Contributed to an asynchronous capture and parsing pipeline for Australian energy consultations and publications across 30 publisher agencies, including replay-safe enrichment and canonical document handoff to DocForge.
Energy optimisation and edge control
Delivered AEMO NEMWEB and market-notice ingestion, alert evaluation and semantic cloud-to-edge command contracts with durable records and mTLS messaging through AWS IoT Core.
Outpost Ventures
Lead architectural design and deliver product features across AI, regulatory, document and energy systems, from service contracts and migrations through qualification and cloud delivery.
